Owners can choose to live in their suite full time, or can rent it out through the resort’s rental pool while it’s not in use. The unit comes with a fully freehold title and includes common area ownership and full use of the resort’s common areas including the restaurant, dive shop, spa, pool etc. Ownership of these facilities also means owners will earn a percentage from the rental revenue.
Umaya features 2 fabulous restaurants – On the beach side, diners can find the Fyah Restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch and in the evening dinner is served lagoon side at the Clubhouse restaurant which features modern cuisine with a Mayan twist.
